Crane Installation
From a new crane installation or remove and re-fit of an existing crane, our highly skilled fabrication and installation team will ensure:
- Mounting methods are approved by chassis and OEM manufacturers
- Load and lift capacity meet the specifications of the vehicle and it’s application
- The vehicle and it’s application is assessed for load and stability testing
- Installations conform with OEM specifications
- Sufficient chassis reinforcement is present to maintain lift induced load moment
- Front and rear axle calculations are conducted to ensure load limits do not exceed manufacturers rating for duty
- Compliance with all Australian Design Rules [We are a NHVR / VicRoads accredited Heavy Vehicle Engineer
